To exercise any GDPR rights, send a written request with a copy of your ID (front/back) to JOCO INVESTIGATIONS. We will provide the information free of charge within 30 days of receipt. A fee of €50 may be charged for repeated requests regarding the same data. Manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be refused.

If there is doubt about the requester’s identity, JOCO INVESTIGATIONS may require an in-person verification at its offices.

7. PROTECTION AND RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We apply technical and organizational measures to optimally secure your personal data. Only authorized personnel involved in processing have access. All servers processing personal data are located in professionally operated, secure data centers in Belgium. No personal data processed by us leave the EU.

Personal data are retained no longer than necessary. Subject to legal obligations, the maximum retention period is three years after file closure. Thereafter, personal data are permanently deleted.

8. SECURITY

Personal data are stored in a secure environment to protect against loss, misuse, disclosure, unauthorized access, or alteration. Staff involved in processing are contractually bound to strict confidentiality. Security measures include:
