What affects the cost?
Every case calls for a tailored approach. Costs depend on the duration, number of investigators, travel and complexity.
Before you decide, we personally discuss a cost estimate, the work included and applicable VAT. The assignment and agreed budget are set out in writing before work starts. Any extension is discussed with you first.
What should you prepare for the first discussion?
A short timeline, a specific question and relevant dates help us assess the request. Tell us how and when we may contact you. Do not send passwords, access codes or unnecessary sensitive information with your initial enquiry.

Can you investigate my suspicions?
We assess each request individually. Suspicion alone does not establish whether an assignment can be accepted. The purpose, your interest and the proposed approach are reviewed first.
How soon can work begin?
This depends on the initial discussion, written agreement, available information and scheduling. Mention relevant dates when contacting us.
What if no infidelity is observed?
We report what was and was not observed during the agreed period. An absence of findings does not prove that infidelity has never occurred.
Do you work in Antwerp?
Yes. JOCO operates in Antwerp city, the province and elsewhere in Belgium. Deployment depends on the individual assignment.
